Self-catering holiday accommodation in the Charente-Maritime

The Barn is a spacious conversion from two old farm buildings with private heated swimming pool (open from May to September weather permitting).

On the ground floor there is a large, comfortable living-room with television (UK Freeview). The separate dining-room has a long oak table and seating for 12 adults. The spacious kitchen has a table with seating for 6 and is well equipped with a large cooker, two fridges, coffee machine, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. 

There are 7 bedrooms on the first floor -

Bedroom 1: King size bed, en suite shower and toilet 

Bedroom 2: Double bed, single bed, en suite shower and toilet

Bedroom 3: King size bed, en suite shower and toilet

Bedroom 4: Two single beds

Bedroom 5: Two single beds

Bedroom 6: One single bed

Bedroom 7: One single bed

There is also a large family bathroom with shower, toilet and free standing bath and a separate toilet on the ground floor.

There are also plenty of books, toys and games for small children.

Outside there is a terrace with tables, chairs and an awning leading to a flat lawn and fully fenced swimming pool. The 10m x 5m (heated) swimming pool has Roman steps at the shallow end.
